Global fam, we got you - we ship internationally. All orders are currently produced and shipped from Canada and we're hustling to find more international production and shipping spots to get your gear to you quicker.
Please allow 3-5 days for order processing.
Shipping fees and times are calculated at checkout depending on where you’re located,.
Returns/Exchanges
At the moment, all online purchases are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All exchange requests must be pre-approved. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Please email us at shop@themotosocial.com and include the following information to inquire and start the exchange process:
- Order Number
- Item description
- Reason for exchange
All Pre-orders are final sale due to stock reservation and production.
Returns without pre-approval will not be accepted. If your order arrives damaged please email us within the window of 14 days of receipt and we will work with you to amend the order.
Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery. The Moto Social Shop is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.

Returns/Exchanges
All Team TMS merch is made-to-order and FINAL SALE. No returns, no exchanges — so check those sizing charts and product deets before you lock it in. Need help? Slide into our inbox — we’ll get you sorted.
If your gear shows up with any factory flaws, hit us up within 30 days and we’ll do our best to swap it out.
