SHIPPING
Global fam, we got you - we ship internationally! All orders are currently produced and shipped from Toronto, Canada. If you didn't know, that is where The Moto Social was founded.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping fees and times are calculated at checkout depending on where you’re located and you’ll be responsible for any customs or import fees set by your country.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery. The Moto Social Shop is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At the moment, all online purchases are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All exchange requests must be pre-approved. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
All Pre-orders are final sale due to stock reservation and production.
To Start an Exchange:
Please email us at shop@themotosocial.com and include the following information to inquire and start the exchange process:
- Order Number
- Item description
- Reason for exchange
Returns without pre-approval will not be accepted.
If your gear shows up with any factory flaws, hit us up within 14 days and we’ll do our best to swap it out.

INTERNAL TEAM TMS ORDERS
SHIPPING
Team, we got you - we ship internationally. All Team TMS items are currently made-to-order, produced and shipped from the USA. All Public Merch items are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Heads Up! Any orders combining both Team TMS items and Public Merch items will be shipped out in two separate shipments.
- Team TMS items ship from the USA.
- Public Merch items ship from Canada.

All Team TMS items are made-to-order and FINAL SALE. No returns, no exchanges on Team TMS items, so check those sizing charts and product deets before you lock it in.
Public Merch items:
Public Merch items are eligible for exchange only. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All exchange requests must be pre-approved. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
